越南粉卷(越南语:Bánh cuốn/餅卷),又称越南卷饼、春菜饼,是一种越南北部的食品。是以肠粉包裹猪肉或其他材料卷成的食品。佐以扎肉、芽菜和鱼露食用。这是一道分量少的菜色,多作早餐食品。一般常见于越南北部,但胡志明市有时也可以吃到,在中国云南省则大多称“越南小卷粉”[1][2]。较为著名的有河内南部清池出产的清池粉卷(越南语:Bánh cuốn Thanh Trì/餅卷清池)。
