Laddu yoki ladduu ( hindcha: लड्डू ; malaycha: kuih laddu ; indonezcha: kue laddu ) Hindistondan kelib chiqqan sharsimon shirinlik bo'lib, Hindiston yarimoroli va Malayziya dunyosi bo'ylab keng tarqalgan. Laddular asosan un, yog'( sariyog' / yog' ) va shakar yoki shingildan tayyorlanadi. Laddular ko'pincha gram navli undan tayyorlanadi, lekin irmik bilan ham tayyorlanishi mumkin. Ba'zida maydalangan yong'oq va / yoki quritilgan mayiz kabi ingredientlar ham qo'shilishi mumkin. Amaldagi ingredientlar turi retsept bo'yicha farq qiladi.
Laddular ko'pincha bayram yoki diniy marosimlarda tanovul qilinadi[1][2] .
