Ang Torre Bormida ay isang comune (komuna o munisipalidad) sa Lalawigan ng Cuneo, rehiyon ng Piamonte, hilagang Italya, na matatagpuan mga 70 kilometro (43 mi) timog-silangan ng Turin at mga 50 kilometro (31 mi) hilagang-silangan ng Cuneo.

Ang Torre Bormida ay may hangganan sa mga sumusunod na munisipalidad: Bergolo, Bosia, Cortemilia, Cravanzana, Feisoglio, at Levice.
Bago ang pagdating ng mga Romano, ang bayan ay tinirhan ng mga tribong Ligur Stazielli na nagtayo ng torre rito, kung saan nagmula ang pangalan nito.[3]
