Ang Levice ay isang comune (komuna o munisipalidad) sa Lalawigan ng Cuneo, rehiyon ng Piamonte, hilagang Italya, na matatagpuan mga 70 kilometro (43 mi) timog-silangan ng Turin at mga 50 kilometro (31 mi) hilagang-silangan ng Cuneo. Noong Disyembre 31, 2004, mayroon itong populasyon na 242 at may lawak na 15.4 square kilometre (5.9 mi kuw).[3]

May hangganan ang Levice sa mga sumusunod na munisipalidad: Bergolo, Castelletto Uzzone, Feisoglio, Gorzegno, Pezzolo Valle Uzzone, Prunetto, at Torre Bormida.
Ang munisipalidad ng Levice ay may napakasinaunang pinagmulan: kilala ito ng mga Romano na may pangalang Livicium o Levitium at sa ilang mga dokumento ng 991 makikita natin itong muli sa Levix o Levesj.
Ito ay isang sinaunang piyudo na noong ika-12 siglo ay kabilang sa mga Markes ng Cortemilia at noong 1197 ay ipinasa sa mga Markes ng Savona.
Ipinagbili ito ng mga ito sa mga Del Carretto ng Spigno na pagkatapos ay itinalaga ito sa isa pang sangay ng kanilang pamilya, ang mga Markes of Prunetto. Si Ludovico na anak ni Manfredi, na kabilang sa pamilyang nabanggit sa itaas, ay nagpasakop sa Levice sa mga Duke ng Milan noong 1491.
