Ang mozzarella Ingles /ˌmɒtsəˈrɛlə/, Italyano: [mottsaˈrɛlla]; Napolitano: muzzarella [muttsaˈrɛllə]) ay isang tradisyonal na katimugang kesong Italyano na ginawa mula sa gatas ng Italyanong buffalo pamamagitan ng pamamaraang pasta filata.
Ang kesong Çaycuma mozzarella at kesong Kandıra mozzarella ay isang kesong Turko na gawa sa gatas ng kalabaw.[1][2]
