ภาวะองคชาตแข็งค้าง (อังกฤษ: priapism) เป็นภาวะทางการแพทย์ที่อันตรายอย่างหนึ่งซึ่งองคชาตหรือคลิตอริส[4]ได้แข็งตัวขึ้นมาและไม่คลายตัวกลับสู่ภาวะปกติโดยไม่มีสิ่งกระตุ้นทางกายภาพหรือจิตใจเป็นเวลา 4 ชั่วโมง ถือเป็นภาวะฉุกเฉินทางการแพทย์ซึ่งต้องได้รับการรักษาอย่างเหมาะสม
