Vitusapotek er en apotekkjede med virksomhet på det norske markedet som ble etablert i 2001. Kjeden kjøpte opp en del av apotekene etter lovendring i 2001 og har over 220 apotek i Norge i 2015. Kjeden er en del av Norsk Medisinaldepot, som eies av tyske Celesio AG som er en del av amerikanske McKesson Corporation. Celesio AG har omtrent 2 200 heleide og 4 200 deleide apotek, med 38 000 medarbeidere i elleve europeiske land og i Brasil.

Vitusapotek har over 2200 medarbeidere og er representert i alle norske fylker.
Navnet Vitusapotek er inspirert av den hellige Vitus, en katolsk skytshelgen, som ifølge historien hadde helbredende evner. Sagnene varierer noe, men blant dem som var under hans beskyttelse var apotekerne. Han var en av De fjorten nødhjelpere som ble påkalt ved sykdom.[1]
