Odd Ingvar Hagen (født 24. februar 1951) er en pensjonert, tidligere redaktør av Folkets Framtid, og nåværende kommunestyremedlem i Nes for Kristelig Folkeparti.

Han er født i Roan i Trøndelag. Han flyttet til Oslo og begynte som journalistlærling i Vårt Land. Deretter drev han Oslo-kontoret til avisa Dagen en periode før han begynte i ukeavisa Folkets Framtid. Der var han først redaksjonssekretær, siden redaktør og disponent. Da avisen ble nedlagt i 2005 gikk han over til Blå Kors, hvor han hadde en stilling som eiendomsforvalter til han ble pensjonist.
Som pensjonist har Odd Hagen vært pastor i Pinsekirken Jessheim. På fritiden har han vært politisk engasjert i lokalpolitikken og med i kommunestyre og formannskap som representant for KrF.[2]
