Iru kraftverk er et oljekraftverk ombygd til gasskraftverk, beliggende i den lille bykommunen Maardu sør for Viimsi - like øst for Tallinn og sørvest for havneområdet Muuga i det nordlige Estland. Det leverer kraft og fjernvarme.[2] Kraftverket har en installert produksjonskapasitet på 460-480 MW. Årsproduksjonen er i gjennomsnitt drøye 1,2 TWh, av dette er om lag 750 GWh fjernvarme og 450 GWh elektrisitet. [3]

Anlegget stod ferdig i 1978. Brenselkilden er opprinnelig tungolje utvinnet fra oljeskifer vest for Narva-elva, men med stadig mer fyring med naturgass siden 1993 og lettolje siden 2004. Totalkonsumet årlig er om lag 240 000 tonn naturgass og 50 tonn lettolje. Tungoljefyringen ble redusert fra ca. 330 000 tonn på 1980-tallet til ca. 100 000 tonn på 1990-tallet, og er helt utfaset fra 2003.[4]
