Genoa Cricket and Football Club er en italiensk fotballklubb fra Genova, Liguria, som ble grunnlagt i 1893 som Genoa Cricket and Athletic Club. I 1897 åpnet James Richardson Spensley fotballavdelingen, som senere ble fotballklubben Genoa CFC.

Genoa er den eldste fotballklubben som er aktiv i Italia i dag. Serie A sesongen 2008–2009 endte med 5.-plass etter at de var svakere enn Fiorentina på innbyrdes oppgjør.
Klubben har ni mesterskap og én cup på merittlisten.
