Eudes av Rennes, greve av Penthievre (bretonsk: Eozen Penteur) (født 999, død 1079), var den yngste sønn av hertug Geoffrey I av Bretagne.

Etter hans bror hertug Alain III av Bretagne døde i 1040 styrte Eudes som regent av Bretagne i navnet på sin nevø Conan II fram til 1062. Eudes giftet seg med Agnes av Cornwall, søster av Hoel II av Bretagne. Minst to av Eudes og Agnes’ sønner deltok i den normanniske erobringen av England i 1060.[2]

Eudes’ etterkommere ble den yngre avdelingen av den bretonske hertugfamilien som til slutt tok kontroll over hertugdømmet i 1156 under Conan IV av Bretagne.
