Zakariasvatnet (også kalt Sakrisvatnet[1][2][3]) er et vannkraftmagasin i Tafjord i Norddal kommune. Magasinet forsyner Tafjord 4 med vann gjennom en tilløpstunnel og en trykksjakt, og har en kapasitet på 70 mill. m3. Vannet har et areal på 1,36 km². Zakariasdammen er oppført i betong i det trange Nedstedalsjuvet i Rødalen, med 95 m høyde var den i sin tid den høyeste[3] i Nord-Europa og er fortsatt blant de høyeste i Norge.[4] Magasinet har en reguleringshøyde på 75 meter, mellom 375 og 450 meter over havet.

Tre gårdsbruk ble satt under vann ved utbyggingen, den ene var allerede nedlagt og overtatt av Ålesund-Sunnmøre Turistforening, mens det på de to andre fortsatt var gårdsdrift. Nedenfor demningen er elveløpet tørrlagt (unntatt ved overløp). Det store naturinngrepet og oppdemmingen skapte stor motstand. Anleggsveien frem til demningen og videre til Tafjord 5 like ved, er åpen for alminnelig trafikk. Turstien til Reindalen går langs vannet[5] fra parkeringsplass ved kraftstasjonen. Før kraftutbyggingen i området var det bare en smal kjerrevei i fjellsiden ovenfor juvet.[2]
Tafjord 5 har avløp til magasinet, som også har tilsig fra Reindalen og mindre elver.
Trolig het vannet i Rødalen Nestedalsvatnet. Den 6. oktober 1793 druknet Zacharias K. Uri da han med hest forsøkte å ta seg over den flomstore Rødalselva, slik ble det deretter ble hetende Zakariasvatnet.[6]
