Telemarksvingen (19-21, 2-22)[1] er en gate i Oslo. Den ligger på Kampen i bydel Gamle Oslo, er ca 170 meter lang, og går fra Normannsgata til Skedsmogata[2]. Bebyggelsen består av murgårder oppført av Kampens Byggeselskap på 1930-tallet[3].

Langs gata ligger Normannsparken eller «Lilleparken» på folkemunne fra sportshallen ble revet og frem til parken ble skiltet med det «nye navnet», hvor Christiana Staalværk lå fra 1916. Stålverket ble nedlagt i 1920, og hallen ble bygd om til idrettshall (Kampen Sportshall) med plass til 3 500 tilskuere. Hallen ble revet i 1939[3].
Rett sør for Telemarksvingen lå tidligere Kampens friluftsbad, nedlagt i 1946.
