Stødi stasjon på Nordlandsbanen åpnet 10. desember 1947 som holdeplass med kryssingsspor. Statusen ble oppgradert til stasjon 1. januar 1950 og nedgradert til holdeplass igjen 20. august 1967. Holdeplassen mistet persontrafikken 26. mai 1968 og ble nedlagt 1. februar 1971. Den lå nær banens høyeste punkt.[1] For øvrig åpnet et sidespor til Stødi pukkverk i 1948 ved 583,61 km. Dette er nedlagt.[2]

Stasjonsbygningen ble tegnet av Bjarne Friis Baastad og var av en type som med varianter er oppført mange steder langs banen, som Hjartåsen, Krokstrand, Holandsvika, Drevvatn, Bolna, Grønfjelldal, Semska og Lønsdal. Den ble revet i 1971.[2] Utover dette omtaler NSBs bygningsregistrering (1993) to vokterboliger med uthus av samme typer som ved Dunderland og Bolna.
