Reisaelva (nordsamisk: Ráiseatnu, kvensk: Raisinjoki)[2][3] er ei elv i Nordreisa kommune i Troms fylke. Den har utspring fra innsjøen Ráisjávri og renner derfra rundt 120 kilometer i nordvestlig retning gjennom Reisadalen til munningen i Reisafjorden ved kommunesenteret Storslett. Reisavassdraget ble i 1986 varig vernet mot kraftutbygging gjennom Verneplan III for vassdrag.[4]

Navnet kan komme av det norrøne verbet rísa, som betyr «stige», antagelig fordi elva stiger eller reiser seg brått.[5]
Elvas øverste løp ligger i Reisa nasjonalpark. Fra Ráisjávri (444 moh) renner først elva vestover gjennom et typisk viddelandskap. Ved Ráisvuopmi skjærer elva seg ned i ei trang kløft. Den renner sammen med Njállajohka fra sør, og snur mot nordvest og deretter nord. Elva skjærer seg stadig dypere ned i den omkringliggende vidda, og danner den imponerende Imofossen.
Reisaelva snur nå igjen mot nordvest, og her begynner den egentlige Reisadalen. Elva passerer den 269 meter høye Mollisfossen, Troms fylkes høyeste, som faller ned i dalen fra øst. I denne midtre delen veksler elva mellom slakke, langstrakte strykpartier og bredere, innsjølignende utvidelser. Dalen er her ubebodd, og landskapet stort sett helt uberørt.
Nedenfor Bilto er dalen bredere, og elva blir roligere og bredere. Det ligger store jordbruksområder langs elva, spesielt på de siste drøye 10 kilometrene før utløpet. Det drives også utstrakt skogsdrift i denne delen av dalen. Elva munner ut i Reisafjorden rundt 2 km nord for Storslett.
Reisautløpet naturreservat ble opprettet i 1995 og ble ramsarområde i 2011.
Reisaelva er ei av landets beste lakseelver. Den er også populær for turer med kano og elvebåt.
Europavei 6 krysser elva ved Storslett, og fylkesvei 865 går langs elva fra Storslett til Bilto.
Gjennom Verneplan III for vassdrag ble vassdraget varig vernet mot framtidig kraftutbygging, og vernet er senere styrket gjennom etableringen av Reisa nasjonalpark. Før vernevedtakene var det dog gjennomført en del mindre inngrep i vassdraget. I Kildalselva, ei sideelv som munner ut like ved Storslett, ble Kildalen kraftverk utbygd på slutten av 1950-tallet, og på 1960-tallet ble den øvre delen av Mollešjohka ble overført til Aboelva i Kvænangen i forbindelse med utbyggingen av Kvænangsbotn kraftverk, noe som reduserte vannføringen i Mollisfossen med rundt 15%.
