Reidar Aulie (født 13. mars 1904, død 23. november 1977) var en norsk maler.

I 1927 var han en av kunstnerne og arkitektene som etter invitasjon fra Arno Berg, daværende byantikvar i Oslo, utarbeidet forslag til hvordan hovedstadens bygningsmasse kunne bli mer fargerik og innbydende. Initiativet til dette byutviklingsprosjektet kom fra kunstneren Henrik Sørensen.[7] I 1930-årene malte han bilder med sosialistisk innhold. Han illustrerte også flere av Ingeborg Refling Hagens bøker og malte det kjente fondbildet av Henrik Wergeland på Stein skole på Romerike (det er blant annet gjengitt i Norges litteraturhistorie bind 2). Han ble også kjent for malerier produsert under andre verdenskrig, deriblant 9. april 1940, og seinere Morgenappell på Grini. For disse bildene ble han arrestert og satt på Grini fangeleir. Han har også laget industrimotivet som ble preget på baksiden av 500-kroneseddelen utgitt av Norges Bank fra 1948–1976. I 1950 malte han fresken Arbeiderbevegelsens historie i Oslo rådhus. Fra 1958 var han professor ved Statens kunstakademi, der han siden var direktør (rektor) fra 1965 til 1971.
Reidar Aulie var lillebroren til juristen Andreas Aulie (1897–1990).
