Olav Olsen Røkke (født 21. juli 1881 på Skatval i Nord-Trøndelag, død 15. august 1956 i Molde) var en norsk folkehøyskolebestyrer, lærer og lokalhistorisk forfatter.

Han var sønn av gårdbruker Ole Petersen Røkke og Anne Jensdatter Røkke på Nordre Røkke (Rykkja). Han var døpt Ole Johan, men brukte bare navnet Olav. Blant hans søsken var Johan Peter Røkke og Jens Røkke, som begge ble lærere og ordførere.[1][2]
Han gikk Levanger lærerskole og Askov højskole samt noen universitetskurs. Han var lærer på Skatval, Dverberg, Helgøy og Sandøy før han i 1910 ble lærer ved amtsskolen/fylkesskolen på Vestnes. I 1916 ble han lærer ved Notodden lærerskole, der hans bror Jens var overlærer. Olav var deretter folkeskolelærer på Notodden og i Ålesund, og 1923–1935 lærer ved Torshus folkehøyskole i Orkdal. 1935–1949 var han bestyrer og eier av Vefsn folkehøyskole i Mosjøen.[2]
Røkke hadde også et omfattende lokalhistorisk forfatterskap, særlig etter at familien flyttet fra Mosjøen til Molde.[2][3]
Olav Røkke var gift med lærerinne Andrea Margrete Pedersdatter Husøy fra Sandøy. Hun gikk lærerskolen mens de bodde på Notodden og ble timelærer ved Vefsn folkehøgskole. De fikk fem barn, deriblant skolemannen Øystein Rykkja.[1][2]
