Leon Aurdal (født 23. januar 1890 i Bergen, død 25. januar 1949 i Oslo) var en norsk billedkunstner.

Han studerte blant annet under André Lhote og Georg Jacobsen.
Aurdal var spesielt opptatt av det konstruktive i bildet.[trenger referanse] Senere malte han bilder i mer kraftige farger.
I 1927 var han en av kunstnerne og arkitektene som etter invitasjon fra Arno Berg, daværende byantikvar i Oslo, utarbeidet forslag til hvordan hovedstadens bygningsmasse kunne bli mer fargerik og innbydende. Initiativet til dette byutviklingsprosjektet kom fra kunstneren Henrik Sørensen.[4]
Leon Aurdal var gift med tekstilkunstneren Synnøve Anker Aurdal og var far til billedkunstneren Siri Aurdal.
