Laugmannsgata (4–8, 7)[1] er en gate i Stavanger. Gaten går fra Domkirkeplassen i sør til Arneageren og Sølvberget i nord. Dette er en av byens eldre gater. Her finner man blant annet flere butikker og i krysset mellom Laugmannsgata og Hospitalsgata ligger Køhlers byhus og Stavanger Storsenter. Sølvberget Kulturhus ligger ved Arneageren i enden av Laugmannsgata.

Laugmannsgata har navnet etter lagmennene Hans Knoph (1783–1787) og Jakop Hveding (1787–1810), som bodde i Bispegården i enden av gata.
Det gamle Hestetorget lå mellom dagens Stavanger Storsenter i øst, og Havannamagasinet og Hennes & Mauritz i vest.
I krysset med Hospitalgata (Laugmannsgata 7) lå Bolette Sophie Wieses pikeskole fra 1866 til 1899, men lokalet brukes nå som butikk.
