Knut Blom (1916–1996) var en norsk jurist og høyesterettsdommer fra 1968 til 1986.

Blom var født i Kristiania som sønn av advokat Hans Jensen Blom (1875–1952) og Anna Martens Wingaard (1877–1947) og oldebarn av Oluf Petersen Wingaard. Han tok examen artium i 1934, begynte jusstudier og ble uteksaminert med graden cand.jur. i 1939. Han ble ansatt som fullmektig under Carl Fridtjof Rode i Melbu samme år, og overtok advokatkontoret da Rode ble kalt til militærtjeneste kort tid etterpå. Fra 1940 til 1942 var Blom dommerfullmektig i Jæren tingrett, og fra 1942 var han advokatfullmektig under Sven Arntzen, fra 1947 partner. Under den tyske okkupasjonen var Blom et sentralt medlem av Hjemmefrontens Ledelse.[2]
Blom var advokat til 1968, og jobbet som forsvarer i Oslo tingrett 1953 til 1956, Eidsivating lagmannsrett 1956-1965 og Høyesterett 1965 til 1968. Fra 1968 til han ble pensjonert i 1986 var han høyesterettsdommer.[2] Juridiske fagbøker inkluderer Sakførerens rettslige ansvar (1947) og Prisloven med kommentarer (1954).
Knut Blom ble dekorert med Deltagermedaljen og i 1978 mottok han St. Olavs Orden. Han døde i februar 1996 i Oslo.[2]
Han tilhørte slekten «Blom fra Skien» og var etterkommer etter trelasthandler og skipsreder Hans Jensen Blom (d. 1808).[3]
