Kastrup (ca. 1370 Karstorp)[1] er kommunesenter i Tårnby kommune i Region Hovedstaden. Byen ligger på øya Amager. Den største arbeidsplassen i Kastrup er Københavns lufthavn.
Mot syd når Kastrup lufthavnen, mens den mot nord grenser opp mot Sundbyene og mot vest til Tårnby.
Kastrup er kjent for Københavns lufthavn og Øresundsbroen. I Kastrup ligger også jernbanestasjonen Kastrup Lufthavn stasjon og metrostasjonene Kastrup og Lufthavnen.
På 1700-tallet ble det anlagt en havn i Kastrup til frakt av kalksten fra Saltholm til Jacob Fortlings fajansefabrikk Kastrup Værk. I tilknytning til havnen oppsto et industrikompleks som foruten stentøy også produserte tegl m.m. I 1847 tilkom også Kastrup Glasværk, anlagt av grev C. C. S. Danneskjold-Samsøe,[2] og som produserte glass frem til 1979. I 1884 fikk Kastrup sin egen kirke i historistisk stil, tegnet av arkitekten Henrik Philip Schmidt.[3]
I 1907 ble Amagerbanen bygget med stopp i Kastrup, og i 1925 ble Københavns Lufthavn grunnlagt.
Nord for industri- og fiskerihavnene ble det i årene 1978–85 anlagt en lystbåthavn som i dag inngår i Kastrup Strandpark. I 2000 ble Øresundsforbindelsen til Skåne åpnet. Kastrup er i dag bebygget med villa- og rekkehus hvorav noen har små haver.
