Haukrei kraftverk er et vannkraftverk ved Haukereivatnet i Arendalsvassdraget i Fyresdal kommune i Telemark fylke.

Kraftverket ble satt i drift i 1992. Verket utnytter et fall på 103 meter mellom Hovvatn og Haukreivatnet.
Hovvatn er en del av Torsdalsmagasinet som hovedsakelig ligger i Valle kommune. Magasinet består av de tidligere vannene Hovvatn, Fisstøylvatnet og Raudvatnet. Nedslagsfeltet til magasinet er på 151 km² og normalt årstilsig er på 206 millioner m³.
Det er installert to francisturbiner på totalt 16 MW. Midlere årsproduksjon er på 49 GWh.
Kraftverket er bygget i forbindelse med en eksisterende tappetunnel bygget for Finndøla kraftverk og det kjøres i samdrift med Finndøla.
Eier er Skagerak Kraft.
