Gurtejohka (nordsamisk, historisk Gurtejåkka[3], i øvre løp også Njirranjohka[4] og Látnafielbmá[5]) er ei elv i Tana kommune i Finnmark. Den er ei tilløpselv til Lákšjohka og er 11,9 kilometer lang, eller 34,5 kilometer medregnet Látnafielbmá.

Elva har utspring fra et lite tjern på høydedraget Uhca Ilis, midt inne på Laksefjordvidda. Som Látnafielbmá renner den herfra mot sør til Látnajávri, via Njirranjávri og videre som Njirranjohka til Gurtejávri (260 moh.), som er starten på selve Gurtejohka. Etter Gurtejávri snur elva mot øst-sørøst ned til samløpet med Deavkkehanjohka, og fortsetter derfra som Lákšjohka.
Etter at det ble bygget fisketrapp i fossen Lákšjohgorži i Lákšjohka går det opp laks også i Gurtejohka. Anadrom grense er nå rundt en kilometer nedstrøms fra Gurtejávri.[6]
