Duolva Duottar (nordsamisk for skitten vidde[1]) er en samisk rapgruppe bestående av Ole Máhtte Gaup og Fred-René Øvergård Buljo. Buljo er gruppas produsent og skriver tekstene sammen med Gaup.

Gruppen ble etablert i 2007, og besto opprinnelig av Ole Mahtte Gaup, Ivan André Skum, og Fred-René Øvergård Buljo. I 2007 vant gruppa Scene Finnmarks konkurranse «MufiStar» for unge musikere i Finnmark.[2] Samme år ble Duolva Duottar kåret til «Årets artist» og «Årets unge same» av infonuorra.[3] Duolva Duottar vant også Kautokeino kommunes kulturpris i 2008.[4]
Våren 2008 deltok de i underholdningsprogrammet Norske Talenter på TV 2. Det vakte oppmerksomhet at juryleder Thomas Giertsen ikke ville sende dem videre i konkurransen fordi han ikke forstod språket de rappet på. De gikk likevel videre til semifinalen, der Giertsen kommenterte deler av opptredenen på samisk.[5] Gruppa gikk videre til finalen, og kom på fjerdeplass.
Duolva Duottar har holdt konserter på både norsk, finsk, og svensk side av Sapmi, samt på forskjellige festivaler. De har også vært på turné rundt i Finnmark og Troms hvor Jørg-1, kjent fra bandet Tungtvann, var DJ.[6]
Etter deltagelsen i Norske Talenter har gruppa drevet utstrakt turnévirksomhet i de nordiske landene og Russland. Gruppa lanserte sin første plate i november 2011, og ga i 2017 ut sitt andre studioalbum. Samme år gikk Ivan André Skum ut av gruppa, og Duolva Duottar ble da en duo.[7]
