18 Montagnes (også skrevet som Dix-Huit Montagnes som er fransk for 18 fjell) er en region på Elfenbenskysten. Den ligger vest i landet og grenser til regionene Bafing, Worodougou, Haut-Sassandra og Moyen-Cavally. Den grenser også til landene Guinea i nordvest og Liberia i sørvest.
