Olsok (frå norrønt ólafsvaka) er festen for Olav den heilage, som vert feira på dødsdagen hans den 29. juli. Dagen er markert med ei øks på primstaven.[1] Sidan 1930 har olsok vore offisiell flaggdag i Noreg.[1]
Olavsvaka er ei tradisjonell nattevake med gudstenester før olsokdagen. Etterkvart blei nemninga «olsok» brukt om Heilag-Olav sin dødsdag 29. juli.[1]
Før reformasjonen var olsok ein av dei viktigaste helgenfestane i Noreg. På grunn av Olav sin spesielle posisjon i norsk historie vart olsok nasjonal festdag òg etter reformasjonen.
I moderne tid har dagen i Den katolske kyrkja i Noreg status som liturgisk høgtid, det vil seia ein dag det er obligatorisk å feira messe for Olav den heilage. I andre land vert Marta av Betania feira same dag.
Ólavsøka er nasjonaldag for Færøyane.
