Het chemisch element curium (Cm), met een atoommassa van 247,0703 u, bezit geen stabiele isotopen en wordt dus geclassificeerd als radioactief element. De 20 radio-isotopen zijn onstabiel en hebben een relatief korte halfwaardetijd (de meeste minder dan een dag).
In de natuur komt geen curium voor: alle isotopen zijn synthetisch bereid in een laboratorium. De eerste synthetische isotoop was 242Cm, in 1944.
De kortstlevende isotoop van curium is 234Cm, met een halfwaardetijd van ongeveer 51 seconden. De langstlevende is 247Cm, met een halfwaardetijd van 15,6 miljoen jaar.
