Perleberga (vācu: Perleberg) ir pilsēta Vācijā, Brandenburgā, Prignicas apriņķa centrs pie Stēpenicas upes.

Pilsētas tiesības no 1239. gada. 14. gadsimtā bija Hanzas savienības biedre. Smagi cietusi Trīsdesmitgadu kara laikā. Pēc Otrā pasaules kara līdz 1990. gadam ietilpa VDR. Pie pilsētas atradās Padomju armijas karabāze.
Perleberga ir ģenerāļa Valtera fon Brokdorfa-Ālenfelda (Walter von Brockdorff-Ahlefeldt, 1887 – 1943) un operdziedātājas Lotes Lēmanes (Lotte Lehmann, 1888 – 1976) dzimtā pilsēta. No 1954. gada Perelebergā par mācītāju kalpoja Angelas Merkeles tēvs.
