Cimerbūdė arba Svetlas (vok. Zimmerbude, nuo 1945 m. rus. Циммербуде, nuo 1946 m. rus. Светлый) – gyvenvietė Rusijoje, Kaliningrado srities vakarinėje dalyje, Sembos pusiasalio pietuose, nuo 1997 m. spalio 9 d. Svetlo miesto apylinkės miestas, nuo 2008 m. Svetlo miesto apygardos centras.[1][2]

Sembos žemės kaimo pavadinimas vokiškos kilmės.[3] Miestelis susiformavo iš dviejų, nuo 1305 m. žinomo Peisės ir nuo 1640 m. žinomo Cimerbūdės žvejų kaimų. Peisė priklausė Sembos vyskupui, konfiskavus bažnyčios žemes, dvaras padovanotas Osvaldui fon Taubenhaimui, kuris jį valdė iki 1661 m. Dvaras 1669 m. padovanotas karaliaus Frydricho I auklėtojui Ebenhardui fon Dankelmanui. 1720 m. dvarui priklausė 16 žemės valdų, 12 valstiečių ūkių ir 12 žvejų. Nuo 1901 m. balandžio 1 d. Cimerbūdės, Neplėkių ir Peisės žmonės įsteigė parapiją, kurioje gyveno 1500 žmonių. XX a. pradžioje, iškasus jūrinį kanalą, prie jo, taip pat ir Aistmarių krante pradėti statyti gyvenamieji namai ir poilsiavietės, o vėliau pastatyti prekybinis, žvejybos ir skystų produktų uostai. 1914 m. pastatyta mokykla. 1723–1818 m. Prūsijos karalystės Rytų Prūsijos departamento, 1818–1871 m. Rytų Prūsijos provincijos, 1871–1918 m. Vokietijos imperijos, 1918–1933 m. Veimaro respublikos, 1933–1945 m. Trečiojo reicho Karaliaučiaus apygardos Žuvininkų apskrities, nuo 1939 m. kovo 27 d. Sembos apskrities kaimas.[4]
1946 m. balandžio 7 d. – rugsėjo 6 d. Zemliando rajono, vėliau Primorsko rajono kaimas, 1947 m. birželio 17 d. – 1997 m. spalio 9 d. Svetlo apylinkės kaimas, nuo 1949 m. rugpjūčio 1 d. darbininkų gyvenvietė, nuo 1955 m. spalio 6 d. rajoninio pavaldumo miestas, nuo 1997 m. Svetlo miesto apygardos centras.
