Kadariškių valsčius (rus. гмина Кадаришки, lenk. gmina Kadaryszki) – buvęs administracinis-teritorinis vienetas šiaurės rytų Lenkijoje. Centras – Kadariškės, vėliau – Rudka.
Nuo VIII a. pr. m. e. iki XIX a. šioje teritorijoje gyveno lietuviams artima baltų tauta – jotvingiai. Nuo XIII–XIV a. iki 1795 m. valsčius priklausė Lietuvos Didžiajai Kunigaikštystei.

Vykdant Lenkijos valsčių reformą, valsčius panaikintas 1954 m. rugsėjo 29 dieną. 1973 m. sausio 1 d. atkūrus valsčių sistemą, valsčius nebebuvo atkurtas.
