Inturkė (arba Anturkė) – kaimas Molėtų rajono savivaldybėje, 12 km į pietryčius nuo Molėtų, prie kelio 173 Molėtai–Pabradė . Seniūnijos ir seniūnaitijos centras. Stovi Inturkės Švč. Mergelės Marijos Ėmimo į dangų bažnyčia, veikia biblioteka, paštas (LT-33007).

Inturkė – vandenvardinis vietovardis, kildinamas nuo Urkio ežero,[3] telkšančio už 3 km į šiaurę nuo bažnytkaimio. Vietovardis sudarytas pridedant priešdėlį ant-, kuris ilgainiui pakito į Int-.
Inturkė įsikūrusi Galuonų ežero Gėluoto įlankos šiauriniame krante. 3 km į šiaurės rytus yra Kertuojų ežero, 2 km į rytus – Išnarų ežeras. Į rytus nuo Inturkės yra Labanoro regioninis parkas.
Inturkė žinoma nuo 1373 m. XVI a. – seniūnijos centras. Nuo XVI a. ir jos apylinkės priklausė Lietuvos didžiojo kunigaikščio dvarui. 1555 m. pastatyta bažnyčia (perstatyta 1668 m., XVIII a. viduryje – XIX a. pirmoje pusėje). XIX a. Inturkė – Vilniaus apskrities miestelis,[4] buvęs Molėtų valsčiuje.[5]
1834 m. įsteigta pradžios mokykla, 1949–1953 m. septynmetė, 1953–2001 m. vidurinė, nuo 2001 m. Inturkės pagrindinė mokykla, gyvavusi iki 2020 m. rudens.
1860 m. pastatyta stačiatikių cerkvė. Per II pasaulinį karą Inturkės gyventojai nukentėjo nuo Armijos Krajovos. 1941 m. liepos – rugpjūčio vokiečių okupacinės valdžios nurodymu nužudyta Inturkės žydų. 1947–1950 m. valsčiaus, vėliau apylinkės centras. 1949 m. įkurtas Inturkės kolūkis, kaimas buvo kolūkio centrinė gyvenvietė. 1947 m. įsteigta biblioteka, 1960 m. įkurtas paštas, medicinos punktas, 1988 m. vaikų darželis, kultūros namai.

Inturkės planas linijinis. Centre – liaudiškojo romantizmo medinė Inturkės Švč. Mergelės Marijos Ėmimo į dangų bažnyčia, statyta XVIII a. viduryje – XIX a. pirmoje pusėje ir XVIII a. varpinė; jos žalvarinis varpas išlietas 1671 m., 1973 m. perkeltas iš Rudesos kapinių koplyčios. Vienanavę bažnyčios vidaus erdvę puošia giliais kesonais suskirstytos lubos, XVIII a. liaudiškojo baroko formų altorius, vertingi paveikslai („Šv. Barbora“, „Rožinio Švč. Mergelė Marija“, abu XVIII a., „Šv. Antanas“, XVIII a. pabaiga, „Švč. Mergelė Marija, pamynusi žaltį“, „Šv. Kazimieras“, abu XIX a., „Šv. Ambraziejus laimina Cezarį Teodorą“, 1873 m.), Kryžiaus kelio stočių paveikslai (1878 m., tapytojas Butkevičius). Paveikslo „Švč. Mergelė Marija su Kūdikiu“ aptaisai – XVIII a.
Inturkės Dievo Motinos Užtarėjos cerkvėje, statytoje 1860 m. yra vertingos ikonos („Šv. Sava Višeriškis“, XIX a. vidurys, „Šv. Marija Magdalietė“, „Šv. Elijas“, „Šv. Aleksandras Neviškis“, „Šv. Mikalojus“, 1889 m. ir jų aptaisai.[6]

Iki Antrojo pasaulinio karo Inturkėje gyveno 62 žydų šeimos; iki Holokausto liko tik 40 šeimų, kartu skaičiuojant ir gretimą Raitarados kaimą. Kiti emigravo į Pietų Afriką, JAV, o keletas – į Palestiną. Reitaroda buvo laikoma Inturkės priemiesčiu. Čia gyveno 20 žydų šeimų.[18][19][20][21][22] Inturkės ir Reitarodos gyventojai žydai nužudyti 1941 m. Lakajos miške dabartiniame Švenčionių raj.[23]
