Nicolaus Beraldus (Francogallice: Nicolas Bérauld sive Bérault; natus Aureliani circa annum 1473; mortuus 1550) fuit humanista, philologus, paedagogus. Inter discipulos eius fuit Stephanus Doletus. Circa annum 1494 iter fecit in Italiam, ubi cognovit Hermolaum Barbarum, Angelum Politianum. Scholam vel "paedagogiam" Beraldi in urbe Aureliano visitabat Desiderius Erasmus anno 1506. Inter annos 1513 et 1518, Lutetiae lectiones fecit de Quintiliano, Politiano, Suetonio, Cicerone, Aristotele; editiones confecit operum Politiani, Ioannis Baptistae Pii, Francisci Philelphi, Plinii, Valerii Maximi, Theophylacti, Asconii.
