Wiji kopi yaiku wiji saka tetanduran saka warung lan sumber omban-ombaenan kopi . Werna wiji putih lan paling akeh yaiku endosperms [1] . Saben woh nduweni rong wiji. Woh sing isiné mung siji wiji diarani peaberry lan dipercaya nduweni rasa sing luwih becilk.[2]

Varietas sing paling diolah yaiku kopi arabica (75%) lan kopi robusta (20%).[1] Kopi Arabica ngandhut kira-kira 0,8-1,4 persen kafein, nalika kopi Robusta yaiku 1,6-4% kafein.[3] Kopi minangka salah siji saka komoditas utama lan komoditas ekspor saka setengah negara berkembang ing donya.[4]
