Samsa minangka salah sawijining olahan gorengan. Ing negara-negara Kazakhstan, Kirgistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, uga Wilayah Otonomi Xinjiang Uygur ing Tiongkok, samsas meh mesthi dipanggang.
