Fons Rademakers, vero nome Alphonse Marie Rademakers (Roosendaal, 5 settembre 1920 – Ginevra, 22 febbraio 2007), è stato un regista e attore olandese.
È stato il primo regista olandese ad ottenere una candidatura al Premio Oscar per il miglior film straniero, nel 1960, con Il villaggio sul fiume (Dorp aan de rivier),[1] e soprattutto il primo a vincerlo, nel 1987, con Assault (De aanslag)[2].
Ha vinto l'Orso d'argento al Festival di Berlino con Makkers, staakt uw wild geraas (1960).[3]
È stato presente quattro volte in concorso al Festival di Cannes, tre come regista, nel 1961 con Het Mes, nel 1963 con Als twee druppels water e nel 1971 con Mira e una nel 1965 come attore con Aah... Tamara, un cortometraggio diretto dallo scrittore sovietico Konstantin Michajlovič Simonov.[4]
È morto nel 2007 in un ospedale di Ginevra per enfisema, dopo che i macchinari che lo mantenevano in vita sono stati spenti per sua volontà.[5]
