Jung Jae-young (lahir 21 November 1970 ) adalah aktor berkebangsaan Korea Selatan. Namanya dikenal secara luas sejak tahun 1996 ketika bermain dalam The Adventures of Mrs. Park dan Green Fish tahun 1997. Jung Jae-young telah menerima beberapa penghargaan di antaranya Korean Film Awards, Busan Film Critics Awards, 17th Buil Film Awards, dan lain-lain.[2]

Jung Jae-young mengawali kariernya dengan mengambil peran sampingan dalam film-film awal di antaranya The Adventures of Mrs. Park to Green Fish, The Quiet Family, dan Die Bad. Namun demikian, melalui proses tersebut dia kemudian lebih banak mengisi peran yang diberikan oleh sutradara Jang Jin, dalam dua film The Happenings dan The Spy.[3]
Kali pertama Jung mendapatkan peran penting adalah ketika bermain dalam film ke-tiga arahan Jang Jin berjudul Guns & Talks, di mana dia memerankan sebagai salah satu dari anggota sindikat pembunuhan. Tak lama setelah itu dia kembali tercatat bermain dalam film garapan Ryoo Seung-wan, No Blood No Tears. Selama kurun waktu itu, namanya mlai dikenal secara luas di kalangan pecinta film sebagai pribadi maskulin.
