La saison 2009 du Championnat FIA GT est la treizième et ultime édition de cette compétition. Elle est remplacée par le Championnat du monde FIA GT1 à partir de la saison 2010. Elle se déroule du au . Elle comprend huit manches dont les 24 Heures de Spa. Elle a consacré les pilotes Michael Bartels et Andrea Bertolini ainsi que l'équipe Vitaphone Racing Team.
