Pezinok (unk. Bazin, saks. Bösing) on kaupunki Slovakian lounaisosassa Bratislavan alueella. Vuonna 2021 kaupungissa asui vajaa 25 000 asukasta.

Ensimmäinen maininta Pezinokin alueesta on vuodelta 1208 nimellä "Terra Bozin". Seuraavat vuosisadat siellä harjoitettiin erityisesti kaivostoimintaa, mutta 1500-luvulla viininviljelys tuli yhä suositummaksi. Pezinok sai vapaan kuninkaallisen kaupungin aseman vuonna 1647.[4]
Pezinok alkoi teollistua 1800-luvun kuluessa. Kaupunkiin perustettiin muun muassa rikkihappo-, naula- sekä tiilitehtaat. Siitä muodostui myös tärkeä liikenteen solmukohta Pienkarpaattien alueella uuden rautatien rakentamisen jälkeen.[4]
2000-luvulla Pezinok on ollut uutisissa uuden kaatopaikan rakentamiseen liittyneiden epäselvyyksien vuoksi. Kaatopaikkaa vastustamaan syntyi laaja kansalaisliike, johon osallistui muun muassa Slovakian tuleva presidentti Zuzana Čaputová.[5]
Nykyään Pezinok on tunnettu erityisesti viinintuotannostaan.[6]
Kaupungin vanha keskusta on tehty ruutukaavan mukaan ja siellä sijaitsee vanhoja porvaritaloja. Muita nähtävyyksiä ovat 1200-luvulla rakennettu linna sekä vanha renessanssityylinen kaupungintalo.[4]
Kaupungin koripalloseura MBK Pezinok ei ole pelannut aikuisten sarjassa sitten vuoden 2011. Se on silti yhä Slovakian koripalloliigan menestynein joukkue.[7]
