Odishan parlamentti (orijaksi ଓଡ଼ିଶା ବିଧାନ ସଭା, engl. Odisha Legislative Assembly) on Odishan osavaltion lakiasäätävä elin. Se koostuu 147 edustajasta, jotka valitaan viiden vuoden välein pidettävillä vaaleilla.

Ensimmäinen Odishan paikallinen parlamentti aloitti toimintansa ennen Intian itsenäistymistä vuonna 1937, jolloin siihen kuului kaksi naista.[1]
Intian itsenäistymisen jälkeen, vuonna 1952, paikallisparlamentin suurin puolue oli kongressipuolue, joka voitti 67 paikkaa.[2]
BJD on ollut Odishan suurin puolue vuodesta 2000 lähtien. Puoluee keskittyy ideologian sijaan ajamaan Odishan etua ja se määritellään alueelliseksi puolueeksi. Sillä on kuitenkin vahva edustus Intian parlamentissa.[3].
Viimeisimmät vaalit pidettiin Intian parlamenttivaalien yhteydessä vuonna 2019. BJD säilytti suurimman puolueen asemansa.[4]
Parlamenttiin valituista edustajista naisia on 15.[1]
