Jokohaman metro (jap. 横浜市営地下鉄, Yokohama-shiei chikatetsu) on Japanin Jokohaman kaupunkia palveleva metrojärjestelmä. Sitä hallinnoi Jokohaman kaupungin liikennelaitos (jap. 福岡市交通局, Yokohama-shi kōtsūkyoku). Järjestelmään kuuluu kaksi linjaa, sininen linja ja vihreä linja, joiden yhteispituus on 53,4 kilometriä ja joilla on 40 asemaa. Vuonna 2015 Jokohaman metro kuljetti noin 232 miljoonaa matkustajaa; päivittäin käyttäjiä oli sinisellä linjalla noin 520 000, vihreällä 130 000.[1][2]
Jokohaman kaupunginvaltuusto päätti metrojärjestelmän rakentamisesta heinäkuussa 1966. Kaupungin maaperä tunnetaan heikkoudestaan: rakennustöiden edetessä kohdattuja vaikeita olosuhteita ratkaistiin eri keinoin, joilla oli oma vaikutuksensa maanrakennustekniikan kehittymiseen. Sinisen linjan ensimmäinen, 5,2 kilometrin pituinen osuus avattiin liikenteelle joulukuussa 1972. Sen jälkeen linjaa vähitellen pidennettiin niin, että se saavutti nykyisen yli 40 kilometrin mittansa vuonna 1999. Sitä lyhyempi vihreä linja avattiin vuorostaan vuonna 2008.[3][1]
Jokohaman metroon kuuluu virallisesti kolme linjaa, mutta niistä kahta liikennöidään yhtenä, 40,4 kilometrin pituisena sinisenä linjana. Se kulkee pohjois–eteläsuuntaisesti Azaminosta kaupungin keskiosien halki Shin-Yokohaman ja Jokohaman rautatieasemien kautta Totsukaan ja Fujisawan kaupungin Shōnandaihin saakka. Sinisellä linjalla ajetaan myös kaisoku-pikavuoroja, jotka ohittavat osan asemista. Vihreä linja palvelee puolestaan kaupungin pohjoisosien lähiöitä ja siltä on kahdelta asemalta vaihtoyhteys siniselle linjalle. Molemmilta linjoilta on lisäksi useita vaihtoyhteyksiä eri rautatieyhtiöiden, JR Higashi-Nihonin, Tōkyūn, Keikyūn, Sōtetsun, Jokohama-pikarautatien ja Odakyūn linjoille.[2][1]
