Neyagawa (jap. 寝屋川市, Neyagawa-shi) on Japanin kaupunki Honshūn saarella Kansain alueella Osakan prefektuurissa. Se sijaitsee sisämaassa prefektuurin pohjoisosassa Yodojoen vasemmalla rannalla Osakan koillispuolella. Kaupungissa on 236 758 asukasta (vuonna 2017)[2] ja sen pinta-ala on 24,70 neliökilometriä.[1] Neyagawa on nimitetty yhdeksi Japanin erityiskaupungeista.

Neyagawasta tehtiin maaseutukaupunki kuntaliitoksen myötä vuonna 1943 ja kaupunki vuonna 1951. Sen jälkeen se on kasvanut Osakan asuinlähiönä.[4] Kaupunkia palvelevat JR Nishi-Nihonin Katamachi-linja ja Keihan-rautateiden Keihan-päälinja.
