Kakogawa (jap. 加古川市, Kakogawa-shi) on Japanin kaupunki Honshūn saarella Kansain alueella Hyōgon prefektuurissa. Se sijaitsee Seton sisämeren rannalla Kakojoen suulla prefektuurin pääkaupungin Kōben länsipuolella. Kaupungissa on 266 087 asukasta (vuonna 2017)[2] ja sen pinta-ala on 138,48 neliökilometriä.[1] Kakogawa on nimitetty yhdeksi Japanin erityiskaupungeista.

Kakogawan kaupunki perustettiin vuonna 1950 yhdistämällä Kakogawan maaseutukaupunki ja neljä muuta kuntaa.[3] Kaupungissa sijaitsee merkittävä Kakurin-jin buddhalainen temppeli, jonka prinssi Shōtoku perusti vuonna 589. Temppelin päähalli (1397) ja Taishidō-halli (1112) on valittu Japanin kansallisaarteiksi.[4] Kakogawa tunnetaan myös naudanliharuoka katsumeshin syntypaikkana.[5] Kaupunkia palvelevat JR Nishi-Nihonin Kōbe-linja (San’yō-päälinja) ja Kakogawa-linja sekä San’yō-rautateiden päälinja. Luotijunayhteys San’yō Shinkansen kulkee Kakogawan läpi, mutta sillä ei ole kaupungissa asemaa.
