Parima animafilmi Oscar (inglise keeles Academy Award for Best Animated Feature) on Oscari-filmiauhinna üks kategooriatest. Auhinnaga tunnustab Ameerika Filmikunsti ja -teaduste Akadeemia aasta parimat animafilmi. Akadeemia defineerib "animafilmi" kui filmi, mille kestus on rohkem kui 40 minutit, mille tegelaskujude esitus on animeeritud, kasutades frame-by-frame-animatsioonitehnikat, mille märkimisväärne kogus tegelaskujusid on animeeritud ja mille animeeritud tegelaskujud on esindatud vähemalt 75% filmi vältusest.[1]
Esimest korda anti auhinda välja 2002. aastal, kui võitis animafilm "Shrek".
Kolm korda ehk enim on auhinna võitnud Pete Docter, Docter on ka enim nomineeritud nelja nominatsiooniga. Kaks korda on võitnud Brad Bird, Byron Howard, Jonas Rivera, Clark Spencer, Andrew Stanton ja Lee Unkrich.
Filmistuudiotest on edukaim Pixar üheksa võidu ja 16 nominatsiooniga.
