Ivan Aleksandrovitš Iljin (vene keeles Иван Александрович Ильин; vkj 28. märts / ukj 9. aprill 1883 Moskva – 21. detsember 1954 Zollikon Zürichi lähedal) oli vene filosoof ja publitsist.

Iljin pärines Moskva aristokraatide perekonnast. 1906. aastal lõpetas ta Keiserliku Moskva Ülikooli õigusteaduskonna ning jäi sinna tööle. 1909. aastast töötas ta eradotsendina. 1918. aastal kaitses ta väitekirja teemal "Философия Гегеля как учение о конкретности Бога и человека" ('Hegeli filosoofia kui õpetus Jumala ja inimese konkreetsusest') ning asus tööle õigusteaduskonna professorina.
Teda vahistati korduvalt kommunismivastase tegevuse pärast. 1922. aastal mõisteti ta surma, kuid saadeti siiski 160 haritlase seas niinimetatud Filosoofide laeval Venemaalt välja.
1923–1934 töötas ta Vene Teaduste Instituudis Berliinis. 1927–1930 oli ta ajakirja Russki kolokol (Русский колокол) toimetaja ja väljaandja. 1934. aastal vahistati ta Saksa võimude poolt, kuid vabanes tänu Sergei Rahmaninovile ning asus 1938. aastal Šveitsi Genfi.
Kuna ta ei olnud Šveitsi kodanik, siis oli tal keelatud avaldada poliitilise sisuga teoseid. Ta hiilis sellest keelust mööda, avaldades oma kirjatöid Vene emigrantide väljaannetes pseudonüümi all. Ent kultuuri- ja religiooniteemalisi kirjutusi avaldas ta oma nime all.[1]
Iljin suri 21. detsembril 1954 ning maeti Zürichi lähedale Zollikoni.
2005. aasta oktoobris maeti Anton Denikin koos abikaasaga ning Ivan Iljin koos abikaasaga ümber Moskvasse Püha Donskoi kloostri kalmistule.
Ivan Iljin kirjutas üle 50 raamatu ja brošüüri ning sadu artikleid vene, saksa ja teistes Euroopa keeltes.
