La 57.ª edición de las 24 Horas de Daytona, se corrió bajo el nombre de Rolex 24 en Daytona (en inglés: Rolex 24 at Daytona) y se llevó a cabo entre el 26 y el 27 de enero de 2019 en el Daytona International Speedway, Daytona Beach (Florida). Fue la primera ronda de la temporada 2019 de WeatherTech SportsCar Championship.[1]
