Borrowed from Michif poutchine au sac (literally pudding in a bag).

poutchine au sac (uncountable)

  1. A kind of pudding in a bag; a mixture of beef suet, flour, brown sugar, raisins, currants, and milk. The ingredients are combined in a cotton bag or sealer jars, then steamed, and topped with a sauce.
