The act was omitted from the third revised edition of the statute because of its local nature.[1]
The act had not been wholly repealed in Great Britain at the end of 2010.[2]
Notes
- The citation of this act by this short title was authorised by section 2 of, and paragraph 1 of schedule 3 to, the Statute Law (Repeals) Act 1978. Due to the repeal of those provisions, it is now authorised by section 19(2) of the Interpretation Act 1978.
