Notes

  1. Color Systems Technology, Inc. was later named CST Entertainment Imaging Inc. and CST Entertainment Inc. The company went bankrupt in 1997.[4][5]
  2. Hal Roach Studios produced films from 1914 until its bankruptcy in 1960. The company was reorganized in 1971. Its library was purchased by Hal Roach Studios, Inc., a Canadian company unrelated to Hal Roach. Its subsidiary, Colorization, Inc., was one of the pioneers of digital film colorization. The company and its assets changed hands in a convoluted fashion, operating as Qintex Entertainment and as part of companies including Cabin Fever Entertainment, Hallmark Entertainment and RHI Entertainment, now Sonar Entertainment.[13]
  3. Not released[citation needed]
