Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Hajipur (IHMCT&AN), generally known as IHM Hajipur, is a hospitality management school located in Hajipur, Bihar.[1] It is run under the aegis of Ministry of Tourism, Government of India and Department of Tourism, Govt. of Bihar.[1]

Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition, Hajipur was established in 1998 with the objective of providing professional education in hospitality, catering, and hotel management. It was set up under the guidance of the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, and is one of the leading institutes governed by the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT), which oversees hotel management institutions in India.
It is one of 21 central Institutes directly under the control of Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India, and affiliated to National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology (NCHM&CT), Noida.[2]
