Η Πλατεία Λουμπιάνσκαγια (ρωσικά: Лубянская площадь ), επίσης γνωστή ως Λουμπιάνκα, είναι πλατεία στη Μόσχα, περίπου 900 μέτρα βορειοανατολικά από την Κόκκινη Πλατεία. Το όνομά της καταγράφεται για πρώτη φορά στην ιστορία το 1480, όταν ο Μέγας Πρίγκιπας Ιβάν Γ΄ της Ρωσίας, που είχε καταλάβει το Νόβγκοροντ το 1471, εγκατέστησε πολλούς Νοβγκοροντιανούς στην περιοχή. Εκείνοι έκτισαν τον ναό της Αγίας Σοφίας με πρότυπο τον ομώνυμο καθεδρικό ναό στο Νόβγκοροντ και απεκάλεσαν την περιοχή «Λουμπιάνκα» από την ομώνυμη περιοχή της πόλης τους.

Η Πλατεία Λουμπιάνκα είναι γνωστή εξαιτίας του επιβλητικού Μεγάρου Λουμπιάνκα, σχεδιασμένο από τον αρχιτέκτονα Αλεκσάντρ Βασίλιεβιτς Ιβανόφ και κατασκευασμένο το 1897 και το 1898. Αρχικώς στέγαζε την ασφαλιστική εταιρεία «Ρωσία», αλλά αργότερα έγινε διαβόητο ως το αρχηγείο της Κα Γκε Μπε, ενώ σήμερα στεγάζει τη διάδοχό της FSB. Σε όλη σχεδόν την κομμουνιστική περίοδο, από το 1926 έως το 1990, η πλατεία ονομαζόταν Πλατεία Ντζερζίνσκι προς τιμή του ιδρυτή της σοβιετικής υπηρεσίας ασφαλείας, Φέλιξ Ντζερζίνσκι. Το μνημειακό άγαλμα του Ντζερζίνσκι, έργο του γλύπτη Γιεβγκένι Βουτσέτιτς, εγκαταστάθηκε στο κέντρο της πλατείας το 1958.
Απέναντι από το Μέγαρο Λουμπιάνκα υψώνεται το Ντέτσκι Μιρ (= «Κόσμος των παιδιών»), το μεγαλύτερο παιδικό κατάστημα της Ευρώπης, κτισμένο μεταξύ του 1953 και του 1957, και ανακατασκευασμένο το 2014. Φιλοξενεί στο κύριο αίθριό του το μεγαλύτερο μηχανικό ρολόι στον κόσμο.[1][2]
Στις 30 Οκτωβρίου 1990 η οργάνωση Memorial εγκατέστησε στην πλατεία την Πέτρα Σολοβέτσκυ, ένα απέριττο μνημείο για τα θύματα των Γκουλάγκ, μια απλή μεγάλη πέτρα από το Στρατόπεδο-φυλακή Σολοβιέτσκι στη Λευκή Θάλασσα. Το 1991 το άγαλμα του Ντζερζίνσκι αφαιρέθηκε από φιλελεύθερους διαδηλωτές μετά το αποτυχημένο πραξικόπημα κατά του Γκορμπατσώφ.
